Non-reserved Legal Services

The Owner does not act as solicitor and is not authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in England. The Owner does not conduct any activities which are “reserved” to solicitors or other authorised, regulated professions such as barristers or licensed conveyancers. Such activities are: the exercise of a right of audience (i.e. the right to act as an advocate in court); the conduct of litigation; conveyancing; probate activities; notarising; and the administration of oaths.

The Owner is a Registered European Lawyer (REL), certified by the Solicitors Regulation Authority ("SRA"), England.

Admission & Responsible Oversight Bodies

Dr. Jörn Radloff is as "Rechtsanwalt" (Attorney at law) admitted to practice in the Federal Republic of Germany and solely acting as Rechtsanwalt in specific legal matters matters – if agreed prior to conducting services – and not as an English Solicitor or Attorney under any other jurisdictions than Germany. If acting in the capacity as “Rechtsanwalt”, the responsible oversight body is the following bar association: Rechtsanwaltskammer für den Oberlandesgerichtsbezirk München, Tal 33, 80331 Munich, Germany.

 

Applicable Professional Standards for Attorneys in Germany

If acting in the capacity as “Rechtsanwalt”, the applicable professional standards for attorneys in Germany are the Federal Attorneys’ Act (BRAO), Federal Attorneys' Fees Act (RVG), Professional Rules and Regulations for Attorneys (BORA), and the Code of Conduct for Lawyers in the European Union (CCBE-Rules).
